Losing your SIM card can be stressful, but don’t worry you can get your number back. Follow these steps to ensure your account stays secure and your number is restored.
1. Block Your Lost SIM Immediately
If your SIM is lost or stolen, contact Talk Home customer support immediately. This prevents any misuse of your number or account.
2. Order a Replacement SIM
You can request a free replacement SIM by visiting: Order Your Free SIM
- Do not insert the new SIM into your phone until the SIM replacement is done.
3. Contact Customer Support for SIM Replacement
Once your replacement SIM arrives, reach out to our customer support team for SIM replacement process. We will transfer your old number the new SIM card.
Important Notes
- Your number will only be reassigned after our support team processes the replacement.
- SIM replacement can not be processed on activated SIM cards.
- If the lost SIM is found later, you can contact customer support to get it unblocked.
