SIM Replacement Guidelines

- To order a new SIM, to request a SIM replacement, go to the main page of Talk Home Mobile.
- Click on the bar on the right-hand side of your main page and select ‘Free Sim’ from the menu. Complete the process to order your sim.
- After receiving the SIM do not insert it or activate it contact customer service to replace the SIM.
