How to Set-up Auto Top-up When My Balance Gets Low?

Talk Home allows you to automatically top-up your SIM when your balance falls below a certain threshold. This ensures you never run out of credit and can continue making calls, sending messages, and using data without interruption.


Steps to Enable Auto Top-Up

  1. Log in to Your Account
    • Login your account on the web or My THM App.
  2. Access the Auto Top-Up Settings
    • Navigate to your Account Dashboard.
    • Look for the Auto Top-Up section.
  3. Enable Auto Top-Up
    • Toggle the Enable button to turn on automatic top-ups.
    • You can also disable it anytime by toggling the button off.
  4. Set Your Preferences
    • Select your preferred top-up amount from the available preset denominations.

      Notes
  • Auto Top-Up uses your saved payment method. Ensure your card details are up-to-date.
  • You can manage, update, or disable Auto Top-Up at any time from your account dashboard.

This feature helps you maintain uninterrupted service without manually topping up your SIM each time.
