You can easily change your payment method for your Talk Home account by updating your default payment card. This ensures that all top-ups, plan renewals, and other charges are processed using your preferred card.
Steps to Change Your Payment Method
- Log in to Your Account
Log in to your account from the web or My THM App. - Access Payment Settings
Navigate to the Payment Method section in your account settings. - Add a New Card (if required)
- If your preferred card is not already saved, click Add Card.
- Enter your card details and save them securely.
- Select Default Payment Method
- Once the card is added, select it as your default payment method.
- This card will now be used for all future top-ups and automatic plan payments.
Important Notes
- Only the card selected as the default payment method will be used for automatic plan renewals.
- You can always update the cards from your account at any time.
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds to avoid failed top-ups or plan payments.
