Auto-renewal is an exclusive feature offered by Talk Home to keep renewing your plan before expiring. This is helpful to save you from being disconnected during an urgent call. No one wants to be disconnected while sharing their moments of joy with their loved ones.
But if you are planning to cancel auto-renewal on any of your plans, you can follow any one of the following methods:
For 30 days & 12 months plan
- In the dashboard click the three dots next to the plan
- Click on Renewal a pop up will appear
- Give consent and click disable
For PAYG plans, international plans, and data bolt-ons, just toggle “OFF” the renewal option on the Plan in dashboard Home page
