Cancellation of Monthly Rolling Plan
If you want to cancel or change the subscription of your monthly rolling plan, here’s what you need to do:
- Visit the Talk Home Mobile website and log in to your account using your username and password. If you haven't registered for an online account, you may need to do so.
- Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard. This is typically the central hub where you can manage various aspects of your mobile plan.
- To cancel 30 days plan, the user needs to contact Customer service; all other plans can be cancelled by clicking 3 dots next to the plan on the dashboard and clicking cancel plan. Cancellation will be performed according to agreed terms.
